Weaponized ET Craft Surveying Nearby Air Force Base

The craft's cloaking feature seems to have failed as it moved via a technological aerodynamic pattern which linked its movements to the adjacent cloud. The space ship was definitely scouting the nearby air force base and if it were not for the brief cloaking failure, the couple may have never caught this impressive ET vehicle on camera.
