Some Fuckin Moron Was Insider Trading Bitcoin Cash the Other Day

Everybody knows how stalwart and stable the cryptocurrency markets are.  Okay, so they are just a tad bit volatile, but would you argue they are any more corrupt than Wall Street?  Perhaps even less corrupt?

Did Bitcoin Peak at 20K?

Some folks, like the batshitcrazy genius, John McAfee, are betting that the big B is going all the way to 1 million.  The team here at Futureslaver put our specialized A.I. unit to work on gathering the enormous amount of data over the years to determine whether in fact BTC is going to 1 million or sticking around 14k.

Beep, boop, beep, boop, beep....................................   The answer she said was:

Alphago Zero Inside Scoop

Alphago Zero (AGZ) was nice enough to stop by Futureslaver HQ for a word about its new pace of improvement at the game of GO.  This week AGZ stunned the technology world by defeating its Alphago predecessor, the one which dominated the world's best human GO players, by a humongous 100-0 lopsided victory.

Vaporware Or Hardware?

Uh Oh...., Google must be a little underwhelmed at the new AR prototype put together by Magic Leap - a 4.2 billion dollar start up. If you recall, Magic Leap made the headlines after a couple viral videos of awesome augmented reality game play. The prototype suggests the company could be quite a ways off from going on the market. That is, unless the device will fit like spelunking gear. Or Batman gadgetry.

Time To Get Nervous?

A question:  If DeepMind is now focusing on what happens when two AIs play a game at the same time to focus on whether the AIs cooperate or compete, just how close are we to superintelligence?

Elon Musk Wants To Speed Up Our Slow Brain Input

It is such a great time in history - being on the forefront of technological advances and actually being able to observe the progress speeding up.

They Are All Robots!

For decades fringe scientists have been sounding the alarm about the dangers of sentient artificial intelligence taking over the world and leaving humans behind in a distant second place of power to what essentially will be our overlords. In soft whispers and secret discussions the greatest scientists of our time have voiced the same concerns.

Pokémon Go After Level 20

Pokémon Go was reviewed on these pages around one month ago shortly after its release. Never before have we seen such hysteria over an app - an app that notably does nothing other than catch cute little pocket monsters to be stored in a virtual wallet that you can proudly show off to your co-workers and friends. So let's cut to the chase. The "game" (if one could call it that) is a nice way to kill some time as a passenger in transit or while walking city streets or walking along a beach or walking through a park or off a bridge. The zombies who stare into their phones in the usual places are now free to roam the world while totally unaware of their surroundings. You will be rewarded for travelling to Earth landmarks and the best part is you don't have to keep your eyes off your phone.

Scientists Coming To Grips With Alien Megastructure Reality

KIC 8462852, otherwise known as Tabby's Star, continues to freak out astronomers as it flickers and dims in ways that defy explanation. This outer space oddity will just not behave normally and now scientists are left to urgently find a good enough theory of a non-ET nature that will put to bed the crazy notion of advanced aliens in the middle of a colossal construction project. Experts on the subject generally agree that classifying the anomaly as an alien megastructure would be the last resort, so they will continue observing the star, and collecting data to provide more insight as to what the hell is going on. Meanwhile, the advanced aliens on Tabby's Star not too long ago realized they were being watched by strange ape-like creatures and immediately sent out a fleet of planet busters for a date with Earth.

Facebook Finally Does Something Right With Facebook Live

A new paradigm was ushered in a few months ago and, unfortunately, was just introduced viral to the masses in the way of tragedy with yet another police shooting. I'm talking about Facebook Live Streaming. On the other hand we could say it was fortunate that this new technological advancement over at the Facebook office was available so this time justice can be served by presenting evidence - evidence without reasonable doubt in these shooting cases. Whether or not you agree with that premise, it is almost impossible to disagree that this new FB feature is BIG.

Pokémon GO Trending As Latest Fad

Niantic Labs' new app "Pokémon Go" seems to be catching on in a big way, so I thought let's give it a gander. For the purpose of this article I went ahead and downloaded the app. The installation experience went quite smoothly. You can sign in via a Google account or a "Trainer Account." Once logged in a short demo covers the simple yet fun exploration game.

Move Number 37, Evidence Of Shift In Artificial Intelligence

GO experts Michael Redmond and Chris Garlock were handling the live commentary during an epic battle between Lee Se-dol and Google's DeepMind artificial intelligence at the game of GO. While they were analyzing move number 36 in-depth, Alphago stunned the world of GO when it made move number 37.

iOS 10!!!!

Don't get too excited, iOS 10 won't be out until fall. However, Siri is supposedly getting a big upgrade that will enhance its intelligence, which is exciting news. If you want, you can jump through all the hoops and hurdles to enroll in iOS 10 beta. I looked into that briefly but, wow, what a pain in the ass.

Weaponized ET Craft Surveying Nearby Air Force Base

Due to the improvements made to cell phone cameras over the years, a Dayton, Ohio couple were able to record an ET craft nearby Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The craft's cloaking feature seems to have failed as it moved via a technological aerodynamic pattern which linked its movements to the adjacent cloud. The space ship was definitely scouting the nearby air force base and if it were not for the brief cloaking failure, the couple may have never caught this impressive ET vehicle on camera.

Amazon Echo? Google Home? What Humans Really Want

As the title suggests, we humans are quickly becoming accustomed to personal assistant AIs. Aside from the ones residing in our phones, there is the home personal assistant AI gadget which is catching on fast. The gadget sits somewhere convenient for the user within earshot, of course, because "it" is always listening. You will be able to control those home owner operations with the power and feel of a captain's chair and crew. "Dim the lights and turn on the game - make it so."

CERN Should Focus On Simulation Games

The widely anticipated game "No Man's Sky" is a universe simulator - maybe the first of its kind. Gamers will explore their own planet and name their discoveries, kind of like how we do it here on Earth!
